Service and operator

BidRevive is provided by CHINAYEAR MANAGEMENT LIMITED, Hong Kong. The service helps US commercial cleaning businesses follow up on genuine estimates issued 30 days to 24 months earlier.

Eligible use

You must provide accurate sender identity, a monitored reply address, and a valid US postal address. You may upload only contacts who requested or received an estimate directly from your business. Purchased, rented, scraped, and third-party lists are prohibited.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the lawful source and accuracy of every contact, the content you approve, and compliance with CAN-SPAM and other laws that apply to your business. BidRevive may review, reject, pause, or cancel a campaign that presents compliance or deliverability risk.

Campaign controls

Replies, unsubscribes, complaints, and hard bounces stop remaining messages for the affected contact. Any complaint pauses the campaign, and an unsafe hard-bounce rate may also pause it. Suggested replies are drafts and are never sent automatically.

Fees and refunds

Each campaign is a one-time USD $29 charge for up to 200 valid contacts. Payments are processed by Stripe and may appear as BIDREVIVE on your statement. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

No guaranteed outcome

BidRevive does not guarantee delivery, replies, appointments, sales, or recovered revenue. It does not negotiate pricing, promise service capabilities, or schedule work on your behalf.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without excluding any mandatory law that cannot legally be waived. Business disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
