Who operates BidRevive

BidRevive is operated by CHINAYEAR MANAGEMENT LIMITED, a Hong Kong company. This policy explains how we handle personal information when providing the service to US commercial cleaning businesses.

Information we collect

We process account details, organization settings, payment status, historical estimate contacts, campaign delivery events, inbound replies, suppression records, and owner-confirmed results. We do not sell contact data or use purchased and scraped lists.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate owners, validate customer-owned estimate records, prepare approved follow-ups, deliver and stop messages, classify replies, protect email reputation, provide support, process payment, and report campaign results.

Service providers and international processing

Supabase, Resend, Stripe, Trigger.dev, OpenAI, and Netlify process limited information for authentication, database hosting, email delivery, payments, task execution, classification, and hosting. Information may be processed outside your country under the safeguards available through those providers.

Retention

Uploaded CSV files are parsed without being retained as source files. Reply bodies are retained for up to 90 days. Contact personal information is anonymized 180 days after a campaign ends. Suppression records may be retained longer to honor opt-outs, complaints, and hard bounces.

Security and tenant separation

We use tenant-level access controls, server-only credentials, signed webhooks, and restricted operational access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and customers should upload only the fields needed for estimate recovery.

Your choices

Recipients may unsubscribe from every campaign email. Account owners may export campaign results or request deletion, subject to suppression and legal retention needs. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@bidrevive.top.
